General Terms and conditions
- Customers who spend OMR 15 or higher at any time 15th July to 25th August, 2017 will be eligible to enter the electronic raffle draw, which will be drawn 27th August, 2017.
- Only one entry per customer for each spend of OMR 15.000, maximum 25 entries per customer in a day.
- When a customer presents their bill for entry into the draw, the customer service staff will stamp the bill so that it cannot be used for any further entries.
- The Major prizes draw will be conducted on 27th August, 2017.
- Customers can enter multiple times depending on their spent amount, with maximum of 25 entries per customer. An example, if a customer spends OMR 60.000 in one shop, then they are allowed to enter 4 times with that bill.
- Customers may choose to use more than one receipt to accumulate OMR 15.000 and become eligible to enter the draw.
- Only receipts from Oman Avenues Mall will secure entry into the daily draw.
- Only residents of The Sultanate of Oman may enter the draw.
- Customers must complete an entry form to be eligible for the draw, this includes providing their name, mobile phone number and email address.
- Wining customers must retain their original SMS along with coupon numbers sent by Oman Avenues Mall and show this when collecting their prize.
- All staff and relatives of Oman Avenues Mall tenants including Lulu Hypermarket are strictly excluded from entering the draw.
- Receipts from Lulu Hypermarket, Jewelry Shops, Gold’s Gym, Banks and Services outlets including money exchange outlets are strictly excluded from entering the draw.
- The gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or points of any kind.
- Winners are required to show their original ID card for verification purpose upon collecting their prize. If a representative wish to collect the prize on behalf of the winner, a signed letter of authorization from the winner and photocopy of the winners ID card must be provided.
- The winner is required to collect their prize within 90 days of the raffle draw date failing to which the mall management reserves the right to forfeit the winning prize.
- The Oman Avenues Mall reserves the right to publish the names of all winners in public advertising.
- Participants are bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.
- There will be in total 4 International tour packages to be given away inclusive of flights and accommodation.
- Prize will be awarded to families, 2 adults and 2 children (any additional person would be at the winner’s expense).
- For any additional family members to join the trip above the four allowed all expenses must be paid by the prize winner and not by the prize giver.
- Prize cannot be redeemed and is not valid during peak periods (Eid Al-Adha, Xmas, New Year’s & Valentine holiday seasons and during any trade events or other festive seasons/congresses/fairs) and supplementary rates may apply.
- The prize giver is not responsible and makes no guarantees that the prize winners specified dates will be available for travel.
- The prize giver is not responsible and makes no guarantees that additional family members can be added to the trip, due to variables such as flight and hotel availability etc.
- Family must all travel at the same time, and the trip cannot be broken into separate trips for individuals.
- All visa and passport requirements are the responsibility of the individual prize winner. The prize giver takes no responsibility for any Government documentation required to travel.
- Travel insurance is the responsibility of the individual prize winner; the prize giver takes no responsibility for the safety and welfare of the individual prize winner and their family at any time whatsoever.
- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to specify their desired travel dates with the travel agent within a fair and reasonable timeframe.
- No element of the trip can be assigned, redeemed for cash.
- Once the dates of the trip are specified by prize winner, any request to alter the dates will be at the full expense of the prize winner and not of the prize giver.
- A daily travel allowance of OMR 100/- per day for maximum of 4 days as travelers cheque will be provided to the winners / per family .
- The prize must be redeemed in one trip and cannot be made into multiple trips.
- Booking should be made and confirmed 45 days prior to travel date.
- Any variation in cost for not meeting the timeline of booking will be additional and chargeable to the winner.
- Travel Validity from Aug – Dec 2017 (Excluding black out period, EID, Christmas and Govt Holidays).
- London & Paris packages valid for completion of travel 31st March 2018.
- Gift offer is for 02 adults & 02 children (child under 12 years of age, 1 child with bed and 2nd child without bed).
- Cancellation charges are applicable as per applicable by local suppliers and airline carriers.
- Other terms & conditions apply as applicable by supplier & airline.
- Salam Air travel vouchers (Each Voucher value RO 50) should be utilized before Dec 2017.
- Vouchers are applicable only for flights booked for Salalah, Sohar and Dubai.
- Salam Air Voucher can be redeemed online on www.salamair.com web site ONLY.
- One Salam Air Voucher is per passenger for one way travel only.
- Any fare on Salam Air lower than the redeemable voucher, the remaining value of the voucher cannot be used for future travel.
- Seats on Salam Air are subject to availability and on need to be confirmed basis / redeemed 3 (three) days prior to departure strictly.
- Salam Air Vouchers are non – refundable.
- Difference of fares is applicable on higher Salam Air fare tickets.
