Campaign terms and conditions

  • Only one entry per customer per day
  • Only receipts dated between 17th September 2015 to 14th October 2015 will secure entry into the draw
  • Customer may choose to use more than one receipt to accumulate OMR 30.000 and become eligible to enter the draw
  • Receipts from multiple dates can be combined as long as they are within the specified campaign dates period
  • Only receipts from Oman Avenues Mall will secure entry into the draw
  • Only residents of The Sultanate of Oman may enter the draw
  • Customers must complete an entry form to be eligible for the draw, this includes providing their mobile phone number
  • Wining customers must retain their original receipt and show this when collecting their prize on October 15th 2015
  • Winning customers will be assigned a ticket number which confirms the order in which they can choose their prize. The assigned ticket number cannot be altered or negotiated in any way
  • Prize winners cannot sell, assign or give away their ticket number to any other person
  • Winning customers must be available to attend the mystery prize draw on October 15th 2015 when requested.
  • Nonattendance will result in prize forfeit with no compensation whatsoever
  • All staff and relatives of Oman Avenues Mall tenants including Lulu Hypermarket are strictly excluded from entering the draw
  • The Oman Avenues Mall can choose to adjust or alter the campaign at any time and their decision is final
  • Receipts from Lulu Hypermarket or any Jewelry shops are excluded from entering the draw
  • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or points of any kind
  • During the prize giving event, prize winners will be given the opportunity to choose a mystery prize from the display, once the customer has selected a prize revealed its contents, the customer cannot choose another prize
